Mariah teaches studio and art history courses for middle and high school students at the Thomas MacLaren School in Colorado Springs. Her personal interests and educational background are interdisciplinary in nature, often combining technical and theoretical studies in the visual arts with history, culture, aesthetics, and theology. When she's not teaching, you can find her chatting with friends at a coffee shop, catching up on a BBC show, or playing pickleball with her friends.

​Claudia Rodriguez is an ardent lover of people, who loves hosting and connecting them with one another. She has over 100 books and lives to share them with her friends. She is fascinated by the beauty of the human person made in the image and likeness of God, teaches 6th grade, and is passionate about the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education.

Sam is a freelance writer and journalist with a background in reporting on politics and cultural issues. He's primarily interested in bringing light to issues surrounding sexuality and faith. His work has appeared in Live Action News, The Federalist, LifeSite News, and Fox News Digital.

James Inwood is a proud "Papist," husband, father, and bureaucrat in the frontier wastelands of North Dakota. Having somehow survived both Hillsdale College and grad school, he writes both fiction and non-fiction related to spirituality, history, economics, and politics. Besides Salt & Iron, he contributes to Catholic Paradox and is (slowly) working on a couple novels regarding the future of American civilization.

Dave is a current JET Program Assistant Language Teacher based in Yonago and Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, Japan and Master's student of the University of the Philippines Diliman. He enjoys performing, writing, drawing, cooking, doing sports, and exploring different cultures and languages. He writes because of his political advocacies and belief in prophetic justice.

Peter Blair teaches English Literature and is a senior leader at a boarding school. Educated at the Glasgow Academy and the Universities of St Andrews and Cambridge, he is probably the only banjo-playing High Church Anglican Scotsman in existence. He writes to explore the metaphysical in an increasingly materialistic world.

Cameron Hughes grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and studied Church Music at Carson-Newman University in East Tennessee. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she works in campus ministry at UC Berkeley. Cameron enjoys reading, music, and making as many things as possible from scratch in the kitchen.

Dan Gainor is a veteran editor and writer known for media criticism and has been published in numerous outlets including Fox News, The Washington Times, New York Post and USA Today. Gainor is a former sci-fi/fantasy critic who is focusing now on his fiction career. He was recently published in “Mammon: Collateral,” a collection of stories tied to Rob Kroese’s three-book series, and “Amish Rule The World.”

Geoffrey Reiter is Associate Professor and Coordinator of Literature at Lancaster Bible College and an associate editor at Christ and Pop Culture. He holds a BA in English from Nyack College and a PhD in English from Baylor University, along with an MA in Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the author of several academic articles on genre fiction and philosophy and has also written for Christianity Today online. An author of fantasy and weird horror, his poetry and fiction have appeared in The Mythic Circle, Star*Line, Spectral Realms, and Penumbra.
